What happens when interest rates creep higher and I want to buy/sell

Great question,

First thing is you want to do is ACT, whether is it buying or selling.  Let me explain. We have been spoiled with historically low interest rates the past several years. New Flash! Interest rates are expected to rise this year and they already have started.

Buying? If you are buying lower interest rates mean your dollar is stretching farther and you have more buying power when interest rates are down. Now is the time.  Don’t wait until rates creep up and up. The feds announced rate increases in interest rates expected four times in 2018. Get off the fence and take the plunge.

Selling? If you are selling now is a great time. If you wait and miss the boat when rates are higher that tends to slow the price of your home from increasing. Now is the time to sell, don’t wait until the prices stall out or flatten. Seize the moment.

Interested in jumping into the market? Just do one thing, call me, I’ll take care of the rest.

Who wants to create wealth through real estate investing? I can help.

If someone had told me that investing in real estate could create wealth I would have started a long time ago… WAIT someone did (when I was 20 something) and I still didn’t listen… WAIT… Yes, I did listen, but it took me a really long time to work up the courage to put that information into action.

Investing in real estate takes confidence, research and tenacity.  Having a professional insider/mentor to help guide you when you first start investing is the wisest avenue. You can start investing with zero money down! Really, it is possible and probable.

If you are a HGTV addict like me and want to jump in with both feet, let’s get you started on the road to success. My husband and I have been investing in real estate since 1997. We are now enjoying our success and continue to reinvest in real estate which is truly the best investment vehicle we have found.  For those of you brave enough to take the plunge, grab your swimsuit and lets get your feet wet!

Why do I need my own agent?

In the past, there was no such thing as a Buyer’s Agent.  A Buyer’s Agent represents the buyer’s interests! They represent you, the buyer.

When you are buying a home wouldn’t you want someone who has your best interests at heart? A Buyer’s Agent will have your back and will negotiate the best deal possible for you in one of the biggest financial transactions of your life.

A Buyer’s Agent does not cost you anything.  As a matter of fact, the seller pays your agent a commission from the proceeds of the sale. Yes, I am saying that you can have me represent you and I don’t cost you anything out of pocket.

There are many different facets to agency when it comes to real estate transactions. If you would like to know more please contact me. Let set a time to get together and discuss.

Have a great day!
